Delivery Times and Shipping Fees
We ships with UPS, DHL and FedEx, but UPS is our preferred shipping vendor. Some orders are shipped in multiple parcels. We do not add additional fees to your order if we ship in multiple parcels.

A signature is required for all UPS shipments upon receipt.

To avoid higher than normal shipping and duties charges, we will fill $10 for the Declared Value and fill Wig Sample for the Description of Goods in the waybill.

We offer "Drop-ship" service for you without any wigsroyal information when need us to ship to your customers directly.

Orders shipping to Brazil need to the Tax Number, so you must supply Tax Number when you place the order.

If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable, wigsroyal reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to charge the payment method originally used for costs we incur related to the return of the undeliverable packages or merchandise to us.
Delivery Times
Normally, we ship our goods with UPS express, it is our Standard Shipping Service. and it is the fastest shipping service. That means there is no faster Shipping Service than this. Also, we can ship on Saturday. and we can do Saturday Delivery for USA and Canada without any additional fees.

To USA and Canada, it takes 1-2 working days removed over weekend via UPS. That means you can receive the package before 10:00am next day.

To French, Germany, U.K., Norway, Netherlands, Switzerland, Spain, Australia etc., it takes 3-4 working days removed over weekend via UPS.

To Nigeria, South Africa, Brazilia, etc., it takes 4-5 working days removed over weekend via UPS.

Please NOTE: After all orders were shipped, UPS will send the tracking No. to your email automatically. We will not notify you the tracking No. again by phone. If you didn't receive a tracking No. for your order, please contact our live support in time.
